2. Does BahiaCapoeira ship to my country?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world through the Brazilian Post Office's Exporta Fácil (Easy Exports) service. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations, so be sure to check out the shipping restrictions in your local post office or in the customs department of your home country.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
When you place an order, the delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping method you choose. These estimates will appear in Your Account/Order History.
4. What are the shipping charges?
The shipping rates are based on the total weight of the package (including the box). According to the Brazilian Post Office's policies, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
5. Does the package arrive directly at my house, or do I have to pick it up at the post office?
With the Brazil Post Office's international service, all shipments with a small volume and weight arrive directly at the destination. In the case of large and heavy packages, the addressee will be notifed by his local post office to come pick up the shipment.
6. What guarantee do I have that you will send me the products after I pay?

7. Does BahiaCapoeira offer the Collect On Delivery (C.O.D.) option?
We're sorry, but at the moment the Brazilian Post Office doesn't offer the Collect On Delivery service for international shipments.
8. Can I choose the shipping method?
Certainly! During your purchase, you will be able to choose between two options: ECONOMIC or EXPRESS shipping.
9. Is the shipping safe?
We've never had a problem with any of the shipping methods. In fact, the packages have often arrived before the expected date. Depending on the method you choose, you can track the location of your shipment on the Internet during all or part of its journey. BahiaCapoeira also pays insurance in the event that the shipment is lost. This covers the total value of the products as well as the cost for a new shipment.
10. Does BahiaCapoeiratake responsibility if a shipment is lost?
In the case of stolen, lost, or damaged merchandise, BahiaCapoeira will take the responsibility for the legal actions against the Brazil Post Office. We will file a 'refund request' (for the stolen, lost or damaged items and/or the shipping charges) directly with the Brazilian Post Office. This process would take 30 to 90 days from the initial complaint. The quantity of the money refund will depend exclusively on the Brazil Post Office. BahiaCapoeira will transfer this amount directly to the customer, if requested.
Other complaints and requests for refunds should be issued by the customer at their local post office, shipping company, or customs department.
11. What do the sizes P, M, and G mean?
P means "pequeno" (small), M means "médio" (medium), and G means "grande" (large). There is also PP (pequeno-pequeno: extra-small) and GG (grande-grande: extra-large).
12. How can I know what size I am?
Just check our Size Chart. If you're still not sure, just send us the following information: the measurements of your hips, the distance from your waist to the floor, and your height and weight. Based on that information, we'll make a suggestion on your size.
13. Do I get a discount if I buy a certain number of items?
If you represent a capoeira group or Brazilian cultural association, you can get discounts if you buy more than 40 units. The amount of the discount will depend on the final quantity and on the payment method you choose. For more details, contact us.
14. What are the shipping charges for each product?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, including the box. We do not charge any extra fee for handling charges.
It's a good idea to take advantage of the 1000-gram weight ranges defined by the Brazilian Post Office. That means that packages weighing between 1 and 1000 grams ship at a certain price; packages between 1000 and 2000 grams are another price, and so on. So if you buy just one T-shirt weighing 200 grams, you will pay the same price for shipping as you would for four T-shirts weighing a total of 800 grams.
